Deep Cleaning

For all new clients, we require an initial deep clean to prepare your home for our regular maintenance cleaning services.

Kitchen: Clean exterior of all appliances (oven, microwave, fridge, & dishwasher). Degrease stove burners, range hood, & backsplash. Wipe down cabinet fronts & handles. Scrub sink, switches, door frames, & baseboards. Clean under small appliances & behind large appliances if moveable. Sanitize trash can & recycling bin. Mop & sanitize floors.

Bathrooms: Scrub & sanitize tub, shower, grout, & tiles. Clean glass shower doors to remove soap scum/water stains. Sanitize toilet (inside, base, & behind). Clean vanity, sink, faucet & mirrors. Wipe cabinets & drawers. Clean exhaust fan cover & light fixtures. Polish metal fixtures. Mop & disinfect floors. Empty trash cans.

Living Areas and Bedrooms: Dust & wipe all surfaces, including ceiling fans & light fixtures. Wash windows (interior), sills, & tracks. Vacuum & clean under furniture (move if possible). Clean baseboards, door frames, & doors. Wipe switches, outlets, & vents. Vacuum upholstery & under couch cushions. Polish wood furniture if applicable.

Optional Add-Ons: Interior oven/fridge/dishwasher. Interior kitchen & bathroom cabinets. Washing linen. Washing dishes. Cleaning blinds & shutters. Garage or patio sweeping.

Move-Out Clean

Bathrooms: Scrub & sanitize toilet, sink, shower, & tub. Clean mirrors & faucets. Replace used towels with clean ones. Restock toiletries. Empty trash.

Living Areas and Bedrooms: Strip used linen & make beds with fresh sheets. Dust nightstands, lamps, dressers, & other surfaces. Vaccumn & mop floors. Check under beds & furniture for items guests may have left behind.

  • For the safety of our team and to ensure efficient service, we have the following limitations:

    • We do not move or lift objects weighing over 25 lbs.

    • We only use ladders with a maximum of two steps.

    • We do not offer exterior window cleaning.

    • We do not offer chandelier cleaning.

    • We do not provide mold remediation services.

    • We do not handle biohazard cleanup.

    • We do not service homes occupied by hoarders.

    These limitations are in place primarily for the safety of our cleaning team. Tasks like heavy lifting, working at height, and dealing with hazardous materials require specialized equipment and training that are outside the scope of our standard dcleaning service.

    • Tidy up any loose items or clutter before our arrival.

    • Secure any pets.

    • Ensure our team has clear access to the areas you want cleaned.

  • The cost of our deep cleaning service varies based on the size of your home, the level of cleaning required, and any specific requests. We offer customized quotes, so please contact us for a free estimate.

  • We use high-quality, professional-grade cleaning products that are effective and safe for your home. If you have specific preferences or concerns about cleaning products, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

  • Yes, all our cleaning professionals are insured for your peace of mind.

  • We proudly serve St. Pete Beach, Florida, and the surrounding areas.

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

    Cancellations made with less than the required notice will be charged a cancellation fee (50% of the service price).

  • We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns about the cleaning service you received, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.
